Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are brutal. Only London will sell out for those gamesWhy so many tickets still up for tomorrow's game? It's like atleast 30% are unsold. Weird for a playoff game to not be a sell out
He was suspended by the player safety injury review board. So basically, because Lardis is hurt, they suspended him. If he wasn't hurt, he wouldn't be suspended.Gibson suspended today. This league is garbage total bs. How do you review call no penalty then hours before a game suspend. Laughable
Should probably give up your tickets then. Seems simple enough.Season ticket holder here. Team is a dumpster fire. Entire season of no improvement with some high end talent. Time to clean house. Maybe owner is to blame but this rudderless team has soured this fan. Rather stay home.
This doesn’t make it right. So that logic whenever a player is injured from any hit someone should be suspended. This is not hockey. This league is garbage and getting worse by the day.He was suspended by the player safety injury review board. So basically, because Lardis is hurt, they suspended him. If he wasn't hurt, he wouldn't be suspended.
They choose punishment based on injury rather than a pending infraction itself is why some players will choose NCAA route.

Once Laxdal left, things fell apart for Oshawa and it’s been the same thing all season - - undisciplined penalties, sloppy special teams, and absolutely horrendous coaching.
Brantford has one line - - just like Brampton. Shut that line down and you shut the entire team down. Lardis has run wild against Oshawa all season. Not just putting up goals but going out of his way to taunt the Oshawa bench.
If Brantford somehow manages to get to the OHL final, watch how quickly Dale Hunter shuts that line completely down. Meanwhile the Oshawa coach just stand with his arms crossed staring at his shoes.
The only hope for Oshawa is for the players to win on talent because there’s no chance of Oshawa out coaching a minor peewee club.
One can hope.Congrats to the gens.
I think they win the next 3 unless Lardis and/or Leenders come back.
Will be a blowout again next game for 2-2. Game 5 insert Gibson 3-2 and then game 6 back in Oshawa 4-2
Try next game without Sennecka and Oster and you will see a completely different game from your team. Unfortunately injuries do happen and the healthiest team usually prevails.Fantastic win for Oshawa to tie the series.
As I explained previously, Brantford is a one line team and without Lardis they don’t even have one line. Brantford’s offensive game has completely disappeared and the only way they can score now is if Oshawa has a catastrophic mistake. Which is how they scored their second goal, when the Brantford player blew right past Simon Wang.
Egorov was horrendous again tonight. First goal, he had no idea where the rebound went. Second goal, he sat down too deep in his crease and didn’t even move when Barlow went top shelf. Third goal, he just completely whiffed on.
Bad goaltending coupled with non-existent offence is a recipe for disaster.
Tommy Budnick had a brutal game and was almost as bad as Egorov. With O’Toole threatening to fight him and the crowd constantly heckling him, Budnick was totally spooked. Barlow walked right around him for Oshawa’s second goal. Then Budnick did his best imitation of a pylon as he stood flat footed watching Buckley walk in to score their second goal game winner.
They were more competitive tonight than they were in game 3 but it’s obvious that Brantford is in total disarray.
Agree to an extent. Oshawa can and has survived without Sennecke. They were able to eliminate Brampton without him but I do agree that if they lost Oster they would likely be cooked. Gravelle is a great future talent but the key word is being future. I don't think he could handle the playoff work load right now.Try next game without Sennecka and Oster and you will see a completely different game from your team. Unfortunately injuries do happen and the healthiest team usually prevails.
Exactly.Having said that, most teams would crumble without their starters.
I predict London in 5 or 6. Not sure what one.I do agree with your statement of healthiest teams usually prevail in playoffs. Which is why it seems impossible for London to lose this year, they are not battle tested. Hopefully Windsor is the 1st team to truly test them otherwise they will cake walk their way to another championship.

good point! Always injuries anywhere you look at it. Romani was injured for pretty much all of the playoffs after he got injured round 1 vs us last year and when he came back the battalion almost came back from a 3-0 deficit in the east finals. If he was healthy the full round north bay probably moves on- again(had 58 goals last year)Oshawa still won the best 4/7 and that’s all that matters.I’m very well aware of the impact injuries have as I sat through all four games in the OHL finals last year when Oshawa was without Sennecke, Connor Punnett and Matt Buckley.
That didn’t stop the London players from running up the scores and it didn’t stop the London fans from gloating about their superiority.
Sorry about your luck, my friend.
Do not gloat too early as it can backfire. Brantford is not completely useless as displayed in last night's game. I believe London will be this year's top dog and advance to mem cup.I’m very well aware of the impact injuries have as I sat through all four games in the OHL finals last year when Oshawa was without Sennecke, Connor Punnett and Matt Buckley.

Injuries are a part of the game. Just shitty when it happens to your team- our McGowan defenceman was our second best d man in the playoffs round 1 and round 2 he scores our first goal and then he’s been out since. He won’t play again this year. Not to compare apples to apples but if everyone’s healthy I wonder how things play out with every team and series.
What happened to McGowan? He’s an underrated defenceman although bit undersized but not scared of taking a hit. He’ll be an OA for someone next year, even if it’s not with Kingston.
Why does Kingston insist on going with Chuck Schenkle in net? Surely they’re not worried about looking foolish for trading for him then putting him on the bench?
Was trying to get past a Barrie guy and lost his balance then a big hit on him- broke his collarbone I believe so out for rest of seasonWhat happened to McGowan? bench?
