Defense and base awareness was pretty bad in these two games though.

Great battle from the team, overcoming the errors and running gaffe.
Real productive at bats all day from 5-9, good to see for sone struggling guys. The HR, the SB’s.
Battling against heat to make the comeback.
Pen really locked it down after the D left Sandlin out to dry.
Really felt dire down 6-3.
A fun, gutty win.

I think they just need to power guys they do have to start hitting for power. If Bo, Vlad, and Santander have a combined 10 HR (a pace for about 30 each) instead of one right now, I don't think we would be concerned about the power right now.

Considering how good the offense has looked otherwise, it could be a really good, balanced offense if those guys can get it going.

Also switch Varsho for Lukes and one of Barger or Orelvis for Davis and they also helps the power

Can definitely see that kind of progression with the roster as the season progresses, but none of those guys are really going full tilt right now to force the issue. Barger prolly closest with some good hard contact in the spring and early, but he’s been inconsistent himself.,

Well, I don't think Bo is a 30 home run guy. I think only Vladdy and Santander are. That's why I said we need another one of those you can plug in 4th or 5th in the order.

I'm assuming an average of 30 between them. Bo a little less, the other two a little more.

O read before the Vladdy extension was done that if the Jays are anywhere near playoff contention they’re going to be super aggressive at the TDL. I don’t expect them to be in first place but damn if they are I would be shocked if they didn’t add another huge bat
