Blue Jays GDT: Opening Day!

Great way to kick off the season with putting the second game of the season on Apple TV :shakehead
I've spoken to at least two dozen people since these Apple TV exclusives have started a couple years ago, not a single one had subscribed. they either find a stream, listen on the radio or just do something else, only 6 of them in a 162 game season.

I'm curious how much Apple is making off it. Their MLS exclusive surely isn't.

Yup. I'm not bothering paying for a service to watch 4 games a month, especially when the Jays aren't on every week.

the MLS stuff i wouldn't be surprised if they pull in a decent chunk of change off of. It's relatively popular and they're the exclusive broadcaster in North America.

It's not even 4games a month, I think it's 6 games total all season.

As for MLS, they've already had to make changes because it was completely paywalled, now they have some games on tv and once a week the AppleTV subs get a free game. MLS wasn't happy with the viewership.

Not bad ABs so far at least. I would prefer they don't be as patient when in the count though. Morton's curve is good but he hung that right down the pipe and Kirk just stared at it. Gotta be more aggro there.
