    What This Means for You:

I don't blame him for Ohtani or Soto, what I do blame the front office for is the weak farm system where you don't have any good trade chips to get said impact bats.

They have a couple of guys in AAA. I think what we must see this season is less patience with the vets. If Springer is on pace for .200 batting average with less than 20 HR and 60 RBI with lot of strikeouts after 30 games he needs to be put on the bench and they neeed to try minor guys. I've been saying it for a while now if you can't sign UFA try minor guys no reason to waste time on vets who are not good enough.
