I am confident that he can speak some english lol almost everyone in Europe these days are multi-lingual and knows English fairly well. Hell, many speak it better than most Americans.

It depends on what part of Europe. Most EU and western aligned countries, yes. English is part of the education system there. Russia is a different story. Now he played is St. Petersburg and Moscow so he probably knows a little, but isn’t fluent.
