It’s an overall problem for the league that you can do stuff like stick your hip intentionally into a goalies head and nothing happens until a guy gets really hurt but if a guy steps on your stick then you’re likely penalized.

Actual dangerous plays shouldn’t be more likely to be missed than accidental hockey fouls.
