TBH I've only put this game on because I've figure out the secret to enjoy basketball: only watch the second half and of course only if it's kinda close (although there have been a few 20 point comebacks already). But if I watch 2.5 hours of a full basketball game I get way too bored.

I think because I mostly watch hockey during the regular season, I end up getting burnt out and not watching much of the playoffs after we get eliminated. Unless it's an elimination game that goes to overtime.

I'm the first to get on this team when they've been cheeks or done anything bad roster wise but it's gonna take the Capitals getting their heads smashed in for people to realize the Devils played and exceeded expectations in their series.

If we were healthy we definitely would’ve given the Canes a better series. Much better than the Caps. But I don’t think we were a shoe in if healthy. The Canes are just a good team unfortunately. Either way I don’t see the Canes beating either Florida or Toronto. Those teams can actually bury their chances.

Not just 5 on 5 play - that futile 4 minute power play at the end of the 1st killed Washington. They couldn’t even gain the zone and it led to going down 2 zip within one minute of the second period.

The Caps haven’t scored a goal yet in 2 games in Raleigh. They look utterly done for. They badly need someone to make a play, any play, because otherwise they just look already beaten.
