Jack Quinn is the single worst player on any NHL roster, he sucks so bad he belongs on an ECHL roster and not an AHL one. There is nobody in the league who is as negative value. And the hilarious thing is that the rap on Lindy is he's too hard on kids yet he ABSOLUTELY refuses to give Quinn the seat in the pressbox he totally deserves.

This is shocking to me he’s done better in the past with Cozens.

Maybe Cozens/Quinn need Peterka back.

Probably

They lost to Carolina their last game.

But man, Nashville reminds me of those Rangers teams with Gretzky and Messier and they Lindros and Bure and Jagr, and every free agent they could get their hands on pre-cap, only to miss the playoffs every year.

Nashville this year has been fodder for the “you can’t build through UFA” argument.

Nashville also overachieved last year.

Nashville has real problems at center while paying Matt Duchene 5.56m to be Dallas’s 2C and lead scorer with 15 pts in 11 GP.

It's only 32 minutes so do with that what you will but his possession numbers look really good away from Cozens. Hasn't Quinn also had multiple major injuries the past few years?
Quinn has always played a lot with Cozens, they just played with Peterka mostly too.

Kulich is a big drop from Peterka but I’m kind of shocked he was that much of a factor.

I knew about Duchene, but they still have the buyout of Turris?

WAT?!

He hasn't played in the league since 2021-2022 and hasn't played for Nashville since 2019-2020.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

They bought out Turris’ 6 year deal after two seasons.

They bought out Duchene’s 7 year deal after four seasons.

Haven’t heard about Andrew Brunette in a while.

Probably won't until he is fired in a few weeks
I’d still take him as an assistant coach.

He probably f***ed up by taking that job. You go wherever someone is hiring you to be head coach, so I don’t blame him for going there. But they were a team on the decline when he got there and a contender of yesteryear.

Now they’ve added stars of yesteryear in UFA and it’s really not helping. I will never understand why people put them in “Contender” status after those signings.

A rat faced mutant in the blue seats threatened to attack me for almost two minutes straight after the goal while the MSG security did f*** all. Even better was when they arrived they just escorted him back to where he was sitting and didn't toss the guy when his conduct absolutely crossed the line. If that dirtbag had jumped me later in the concourse I would've had an slam dunk lawsuit against the building.

That sucks. Glad you avoided the fight. Shame on the security. They need to do their jobs

Letting McDonagh go for Skjei was a downgrade cough

I don’t blame his for taking the job. He took one with presumably a goalie, which is all you can ask for as a coach looking for a job.

Are they selling out yet?

It's honestly a shame they have attendance issues.

I don't know anything about their situation besides what I read on the main board. From what I read a lot of it has more to do with their economy and the ticket prices which makes sense since when people are struggling to get by entertainment is usually the first thing that gets cut.

That plus they always look to be competitive and generally have been for two decades…but he took over there with about as bad timing as Pete taking over here, only Pete at least coaxed one last gasp playoff run out of us.

Last night they didn't even hit 13K for their game, if they were struggling with say a 5-7-2 record, that would make sense, but when you got a team with one of the best starts ever in the NHL, it's kinda nuts.
