HumptyBowl at MSG!
I think the Rangers will tie this.

The Pens are a complete blowup doll at this point. Especially without Sid. They’re like worst team in the league caliber without him.

Of course you never would have known the other night.

Rags get a bullshit PP, but don't cash in.

and then just like that the Rags get ANOTHER PP because they couldn't score on the 1st one.

and as much as the Refs tried to give the Rags a win, they lose anyway.

Saros hasn't been great. That's concerning for Nashville.
Their record being such a joke with how well he was playing earlier in the year was really telling. It was beyond comprehension how they could have such a bad record with him playing as well as he was early on.

But he’s since faded.

And I think he may be the one impactful player on the roster that’s actually under 30, but not for long. He turns 30 in April.

I don't like rooting for the Rags, but we do need them to beat the Jackets.
I rooted for them the last time they played each other. During the Devils home weekend of flu back when we lost to the Flyers and Sens on consecutive afternoons.

That game ended in a 1-0 shootout win for the Rangers. It was Shesterkin and I think Tarasov for the Jackets who both got shutouts.

Necas wasn’t signing long term in Carolina so he was always getting traded.
I understand Necas has expressed some desire to play center but something tells me Carolina just didn't want to offer him the money he wanted so in some sense I think this was on them. We will never know but before he signed that last two year deal they maybe could have signed him long term for something in the mid $7 to $8 mil range. That would have been a good contract most likely. Sometimes Carolina goes full smartest guy in the room. Never go full smartest guy in the room.
