They playing like dogshit today, and with their schedule. I really don’t know. If they do it will be a massive uphill battle

I watched the whole game. Rangers were putrid shit. Didn’t deserve any of their goals, they were based on zero work or pressure and two were pure luck

The fact they're getting their asses kicked by a post-deadline Seattle team that had very little skill even before the deadline, we HAVE to beat them tomorrow.

But....Humpty team and all.

I mean, humpty teams are the only ones we even beat anymore when we actually do get wins.

The last team we beat in a playoff spot at the time we beat them was Tampa on January 12th.

Boston may have technically been in a playoff spot on a technicality due to games played at the time we faced them and blew them out, but even that was like 1.5 weeks after the Tampa game.

I will take regulation either way. Devils have two against Lumbus coming up. With Philly Pitt Cal in there as well, they need at least 7 points in these next 6 games. As others said, NJ has to do it themselves

Most of the models are not bullish on Columbus making the playoffs.

Entering today moneypuck had almost every current playoff team favoring a playoff berth, other than the Rangers in, Columbus out.

And with this point today I think the Rangers tie Columbus, but not sure if they have the tiebreaker or not. I'm too lazy to look. A win would have moved them up.

NYR has 1 more game played, tomorrow is basically a playoff game.
 
I just hope we aren’t regretting this Ottawa win by the end of the year lol, I could see all three of them passing us at this point
