Kucherov’s shot shows that to beat Shesterkin when in alone, let it go early and in stride. Don’t deke, or get deep, but shoot quickly before he can fully close the angles on you.

We saw it against us this year several times, and again repeatedly in their series against Pittsburgh.
I think only Bratt could successfully deke Shesterkin out of his pads. :sarcasm:

This power play is pathetic.

Rangers had more chances shorthanded than the Lightning did on their own power play.

The ESPN Plus Ice Cast is interesting. It’s a wider single camera shit that follows the action showing from one end board to about thr other blueline. You can see behind thr play and away from the puck. There is a graphic on thr bottom that shows who is on the ice and how long they’ve been out there. The voice over is the standard one from thr main telecast. Not bad as a change of pace.

I watched the second period this way. Liked the wider view, didn't care for the graphic. From where I happened to be sitting it was harder to follow the puck in that camera angle because I'm blind as a bat lol, but if I were closer and could follow easier it would have been fine

I’m not sure it’s a native 4K feed. At times it looks more like 1080p
