I don't think I've seen a team with this much talent on offense this snakebit through 5 games. Holy moly between Turcotte, Madden, Byfield, and Kaliyev if they just had a league average shooting percentage they'd all have a few goals a piece.

They haven't been winning the board battles to get the pucks to their skilled guys

Tell us more oh wise one. Should the reign be worried about their defense? Should Carter and Quick be worried about their diminishing skills and advancing age? Should the Kings be worried about MCD in their top4? Should Amadio be worried about his place in the lineup going forward?

Not just that, the way his stick was positioned it looked like Durzi was going to try to block a pass to Berube

As much as it’s fun to pile on a defenseman who is likely never going to be an NHL regular. This is almost 5 full games with very little to show from certain players who are expected to be big parts of the teams future.

Byfield is 18, in his D+1 and has some filling out to do. I’ll give him a pass.

Some others should be looking much better than they’ve shown.
