Wahlstrom has Ellie level talent but below NHL level speed and his defensive game needs major improvement. With that said it’s a Very low risk high reward pick up. Hopefully a new lease on life in his NHL career turns him into the player he was projected to be when drafted.

Yeah he’ll probably replace Lindholm in the bumper as Linds has not been good there at all. He can’t get himself open for a shot
