Any of you remember this guy? I loved him over here in Europe. Did he play with same edge for you guys? Why did he never become a full time Nhler?

I remember he was a fighter and he sent Ales Kotalik onto the bench with a hit that got everyone hyped.

A fan favorite fir sure because he played with that edge but he just wasn't good enough.

Bottom pairing defenseman, played with grit (which was much appreciated by the new fan base), didn't have much hockey IQ which limited him but he tried hard (which was also much appreciated)

As someone who frequently uses the word "ol" before a noun, he will forever live on in my head as the only person or thing I can think of whom I couldn't preface with ol.

Ol Ole Kristian Tollefsen feels too redundant. Ol OKT would have been fine, I suppose.

Anyways, that's my knowledge of the player. Hope he's doing well though!

I was sitting very close to the ice when this happens and saw Ole's head get slammed into the ice. It was brutal. I've wanted to use that as an example of what needs to change in fights to prevent head injuries since there's no need to do takedowns on the ice like that.



That was his last season with the Jackets and 2nd to last season in the NHL.
