Me: I was thinking we should start thinking about upgrading our (JVC) projector. 1080p is kinda long in the toother and lacking nowadays....plus with the size of our screen we could really stand to go to 4K...and for brightness a laser.

Her: How much would a new one be?
Me: Probably about 5. Maybe a bit more (it will be )
Her: Does that include that lens we were always gonna get? <--anamorphic lens to make full use of 193" 2.4:1 screen for movies

Her: That is dumb we still don't have it and would upgrade without it. Get me a price for both and I will start allocating.

At least the audio is a bit better this game. Last game Michaels microphone wasn't working half the time and his voice sounded more shrill than normal. i had to turn it way down.

We've hit posts but not enough chances. Rangers have had a lot of good chances and sustained pressure. We've got lucky bounces and big saves by Campbell.

I think the HD chances are probably pretty close. Shesterkin made 3 great saves that period, same as Campbell.

Should be 7-5.

Fans keep singling out of dmen but their the forwards deserve more than their fair share of blame. Our centers need to fall further back against the rangers and the wingers keep blowing the zone. Like Ceci takes Panarin and there are two forwards left for Ceci to cover. Kane late getting back and no center to be found. McLeod is fast but just stands around and doesnt take a body. Yamamoto looks lost out there just trying to make himself look big instead of actually using his stick.

I guess someone told him to turn telecasts into Monster truck rallies, same as Principe...its their niche if no one likes it then they'd be gone. Normally my nerves are frayed watching the Oilers anyways, JM does little to make it worse.

This ROR is starting to get past it. Or is past it. Perfect acquisition for the Leafs who love grey beards past their time. 5yrs ago this would have been a meaningful move. Not sure it is now.

Ditto on this one. A lot of the difficulty we see around the net in this game isn't there when Desharnais is out on the ice. Oilers not hitting enough either. Rangers making a lot of smart fancy puck watching plays and passes and not being made to pay.

I feel like the Oilers have been outplayed most of the game and the possession clock supports this. Rangers have had the puck 5-6more minutes than the Oilers have had it.

Surprisingly possession metrics are in opposition to that. Might be quality vs. quantity.

But I agree I've felt that we've been buried all game.

Nope i caught it, I thought the NYR players took bad shots, on that one and the one that hit Campbell in the face. But got to get lucky sometimes. Not trying to discredit, just thought they were lucky saves IMO.
