At least 1 Top 6 winger. A 3C to push Henrique to wing or just move him. A 4C. Need some speed and size at forward.

At least 1D. Preferably someone who pairs well with Nurse.

And at least 1G to replace Skinner. Replacing both goalies wouldn’t be a bad idea.

If management is serious about winning a cup they need to consider moving players to fill holes.

The closer it gets to deadline without a significant upgrade, the less likely it becomes.

I’m expecting a depth dman and a depth forward, but hopefully I am wrong.

I'm less worried about forward depth.

Skinner makes everyone look worse, and everyone plays much more tentative and nervous.

Exactly. That's why having a goalie that the team trusts will change everything.

So it looks like a middle 6 forward (which could be 3rd liner) and a 5/6 depth blueliner.

Goalie I have no idea.

What's frustrating is Jeff Skinner will not be Drai's winger. He was done after 1 period and he is NOT IN ANYWAY a guy you want in the bottom 6 in a playoff series.

So we are seriously going into the Playoffs with Drai's winger being extremely "Meh"
After we lose they will bitch that yet again we have no Wingers for Leon.

Draisaitl has made do with garbage wingers his entire career. I think there are bigger priorities ATM.

We can do all the trades or depth additions we want, in the end we need an elite goalie. Stu has sometimes good stretches and is still fairly young, but he is not the solution now and probably never will be.

Mgt needs to do bold moves like Florida just did.

So we’ve gone from fans complaining that the Oilers are on a losing streak cause they made too many off season changes and the chemistry isn’t right yet, to wanting to make 5 or 6 deadline moves, with weeks to gel before the playoffs.

I think they definitely have one big move. It won’t just be depth peices. Could literally be any position but they definitely have a big move.

I think they have closed the door on a top D. The defence add will be depth/#6 or whatever.

Potentially a goalie, but I can't get a good read.

I hope it's a winger for Drai instead of a 4C ( both would be nice)
