I'd like to have a prime Wayne Gretzky while we're wishing and dreaming of things, a coach's job is to utilize the players he's got and put them in the best positions to succeed. Jeff Skinner may not be good at 500 different things but he can score the puck if given a fair chance.
Petr Klima was in the Oilers dog house too, but all it takes is 15 seconds for a goal scoring winner to dramatically alter say a Stanley Cup Finals. It's a scorer's touch. When Knob actually wins a Cup, he can act like he's Tortorella with player accountability, until then he might want to not enjoy the smell of his farts too much.
You're a young coach, you can be fired so fast it'll make your head spin (go ask the last guy). Don't be stupid, start coaching the offensive of the game and stop with playing freaking Connor Brown in the top 6 over Skinner and Corey Perry on the PP over Skinner. You're just being an idiot of a coach doing that.
