Philp should be up. We are clamoring for youth, speed and depth scoring yet Philp got a very small runway. Ryan is not it.

If he continues to suck just put him back on waivers. My expectations aren’t high on Kapanen. Being a waiver claim, he’s the definition of a plug at this point of his career.
