There are 5 of them, they have tend to be cinematic, so those can stretch a bit. But my experience was about 20-30 minutes a piece. I'm pretty bad, all things considered, but I still have a lot of fun.

It is engrossing, but kinda deep and respectful. The game starts by trying to give you the weight of what the war was. It's pretty intense, great way to get into the game.

Solid and sold.

With an $80 price tag, I definitely find myself doing a cost benefit analysis on every single game purchases these days. Sucks.

It's one of those FPSs that's easy to just get lost into for like 2 or 3 hours. The Operations game mode is a long one that's a lot of fun. Easy to get into one of those for an hour or more.

How has this not been posted yet? One year away still, but the anticipation kills me. Upset that it most likely won't have a day 1 PC release though.

I've been horny for this since the rumours started a couple of years ago.
Can't wait.

Kinda disappointed that they seem to be making it a direct sequel as opposed to another stand alone Red Dead title. Feels too safe... and/or lazy. But maybe when you're dealing with the lawsuits that Rockstar is, playing it safe is even smarter than usual.

So, just started playing Dark Souls 2 on PS4.

What a game. Insane that a game with that much repetition can still be that addictive. Definitely takes persistence but so very satisfying when you actually get past specific areas.

Anyone else given it a shot?

The Souls series is awesome. I'd recommend trying one of the other ones as well, since DS2 is the only installment not made by the "main" dev team. It's still a good game, but you'll notice some differences, especially in level design.

It's one of the most rewarding and unique series I've played. And the lore they build into the world is crazy. You can get lost in that stuff. lol

Anyways, enjoy an awesome game! :yo:

Is dark souls worth the money(only play cs on cputer but may branch out)

It really depends on the type of games you like. It can be super challenging, which turns off some people. That said, you won't experience another game like it. The melee combat is unrivaled and the boss fights consistently provide epic moments that stick with you. And the world design is so clever. It's all connected in really cool ways, with secret paths and side bosses to find. The best design out there IMO.

Note: You definitely need a controller to play (even on PC). I can't imagine trying to play it with a keyboard and mouse.

Still need to pick up the Dark Souls 3 DLC. Probably over the holidays, I guess.

I wrote finishing Dark souls 3 on my resume.

It's a huge point that's brought up in awe with everyone I interview with.

Oh hells ya. Played Dark Souls 1 and 2. Xbox360. Haven't played for quite a while now though, too busy with other things. But I'd recommend DS for anyone who wants a bit of a challenge.

Reminder that the standard battle music in P5 is basically a Jamiroquai song.

Bloodborne + DLC is $20 on PSN this week. GOTY 2015, imo.

What other significant games are coming out this year? FFXV, Pokémon, what else?

If you like tactical rpg's The Dwarves looks pretty cool, from the devs of The Unwritten Tales point and click adventure games. Looks to be real-time tactical which is different and interesting.

Wouldn't be considered as AAA game though
