OT: Official Vancouver Rise Thread

I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes, but it seemed appropriate to start this thread on the opening night of the NSL. If we're going to have a Whitecaps thread, we should also have a Rise thread.

Quinn scores on a PK to start the franchise off on the right note. Game got sloppy at times but the Rise pulled out a victory in the end. Ward is now on my radar.

A domestic league can only mean positive things for Canada at the international level, IMO.

Well technically we have an all-purpose soccer thread, so this should probably go there.
