Big improvement for Dach from Oct of 41.36 - stat incorporates puck possession numbers, time in offensive zone etc. His November numbers indicate he should be scoring more or that the team should be when he's on the ice. So it's a bit of head case and bad luck.
Furthermore, significant change in the team's numbers as a whole.
October: 38.60 xGF% – 29th
November: 51.92 xGF% – 12th
Habs didn't have one regular over 50% in October, 12 in November…
