I can’t see them winning more than one of the games vs MTL, NYR, NYI, OTT and CLB as they are all playing for playoff spots. So, if they go 1-3-1 vs those five, the best they can finish is 3-3-1. I also like Buffalo at home in their season finale so I think they finish 2-4-1 which brings them to 74 points and picking in the 4-6 range going into the lottery.

Basically... 3-4-0 they will almost certainly pick top 5.

4-3-0 maybe they pick 8th (albeit more likely 4-2-1)... that is how close that range is now.

Depends who gets the first pick but he's probably not dropping past 2. The hype train is too strong.

Schaefer looked dominant at the WJC in his short appearances. All over the ice like Makar but more physical. Lost his battle with the goalpost, though...
