So the US team will just be the USNTDP U18 team? Seems a bit lopsided doesn't it? I guess the US will have an advantage since they've played together all year.

The CHL team is all draft eligibles so not that lopsided. Although they do have a handful of ‘06s I believe (US could probably do the same if they choose ala JOB in his draft year). Basically a juiced Hlinka team for Canada and US’ u18 WJC team that never play against each other.So the US team will just be the USNTDP U18 team? Seems a bit lopsided doesn't it?
