I do not understand this decision. He created numerous scoring chances and actually gelled with Marchand and Bennett. They were so effective that Cooper could lessen minutes for other units also. He easily could have had a couple of assists if Marchand finished.

There isn’t logical explanation for it.

Jarvis is a fine player, but they have plenty of other players who bring what he has. It’s a mistake to leave TK out of a game like this…again.

Time is a flat circle with the best Flyers player not being able to make a team’s lineup.

Happened with Giroux in 2016.

Maybe that should tell the organization something.

That’s kind of life of an offensive player playing in the bottom of the lineup. You’re expected to pop but that usage doesn’t really lead itself to give that chance.

No TK again is a disappointment, he cannot feel too good about that. But at least he was selected, and if best V best continues to take place, he may go again....it's an honour to even get picked, and a boost for your self-worth, just ask Giroux.

I mean it’s the championship game of the first best on best international hockey tournament in over a decade. Plus it’s USA & Canada which is a natural rivalry in international hockey. This is going to be the fourth time since 1996 these two countries have met in a winner take all matchup.

There’s legitimate hockey reasons to be excited about this game if one keeps their focus on that.

Besides after this is over we’re all subjected to watching the Flyers again in regards to hockey. I’m not exactly in a rush for that.

I'm not even really sure the Olympics really matter anymore. They've fallen so far over the last few years of being a spectacle. I don't think i'm in the minority on that one. They used to be "must watch" and advertised everywhere but the last few Olympics, while easier to watch every event, just haven't had the same pizzazz behind them.

I think the atmosphere in this between US and Canada will be better than the Olympics. You’re just not going to get this rowdiness in Milan. On and off the ice. These guys looked like they were playing a Cup Finals game during the round robin.
