Vlad Scouting Report - A short and stocky forward whose primary attributes are his awareness and vision. Likes to slow play down and look for the open players either back door or late trailers entering the zone. Because of this he leans to passing a bit too often, but that’s probably because he has a pop-gun for a shot. Old age has caused lost a step in both speed and agility, but hands are still crisp. 6g 6a in 8gp.

Cody Scouting Report - the former goalie turned skater typically fills in as the second line center. His high motor and competitive nature combined with an active set of hands are his defining qualities. His combination of in close scoring touch and in zone cycle game make life difficult on defenders…

In all seriousness, I started playing again about a year ago. Prior to that I took ~13 years off. There are things that I used to be able to do, that I just can’t do anymore. Used to have much better stick handling, and could get around a lot better. But when I moved out of my parents house when I was ~22, I left my hockey stuff there and unfortunately the house caught fire and my hockey equipment burned in the fire…. I started skating again because my son and daughter started skating lessons and it brought me back into it.
