In 84 games in calendar year 2024, Lawson Crouse had 11 goals and 15 assists for 26 points.

Maccelli did practice today. Bjugy took the day off for "maintenance".

Bear has said the forward group is banged up a little so I doubt BA's going to move anyone before the TDL unless it's one of the D since we have plenty of them and three more waiting in the wings.

It also seems that Kesselring is a popular trade target among fans of other teams, whereas he's probably the last guy out of all our defensemen we should be trading. I'd sooner trade Sergachev than Kesselring.

I think the writing is on the wall with Maccelli, Bear has moved to a platoon strategy with Carcone/O'Brien, so basically leaving Maccelli as the 3rd wheel and he'll most likely get traded at the deadline. Here's hoping that it's for something good rather than just draft capital.

As ineffective as Maccelli has been, do we have anyone in Tucson to try out for depth in case we lose a forward to injury who would be worth a shot? I’m not sure we do (but I could be wrong as I don’t pay any attention to Tucson). That’s why I would think we hang on to him, if only for insurance, unless we manage to trade him for another forward. Which, if we do, it’ll more than likely be as a throw-in alongside the real asset going out. Dumping him alone for a paltry draft pick doesn’t strike me as the best asset management.

Down on the farm we have Sokolov and Yamamoto and that is about it as far as forwards go. I can't imagine Sammy Walker or Cam Hebig gets a call up. I guess Aku Raty or McCartney could get a shot, but they haven't been as effective as Sokolov or Yamamoto

Too bad Lamoureux had another injury. If he can avoid more shoulder issues we will have a force on the RHS.

Sorry, but that is the dumbest statement I have heard from a Utah fan this year. There is a huge difference in talent, play etc. They aren't even on the same tier of player, and Sergachev is only one year older. Sergachev plays on the PP and PK. He's a work horse. Don't get me wrong, Kesselring has been a pleasant surprise and has played very well, but come on, you would trade Serg before Kesselring is down right laughable.

I agree. Don't understand AT thinking when it comes to Maccelli. Crouse is having a crap year and was benched for what, one game. Why is Maccelli being sat for so many games. The kid has a proven track record, try to get him going and get his confidence back.
