I don't think Francis would do it, but the Canes seem to make sense to me as a potential offer sheet team. They have the Cap space, a very deep prospect pool, a need for an offensive leader/driver, and a desperate need at RW.

I think a team is going to need a number of 8 or more to keep TB from matching. The point where TB wouldn't match is probably the point where the draft picks would make it not worth it for the team making the offer.

Totally agree, For Yzerman not to match a team would've to offer sheet Kucherov at least $8+ million any thing less and he matches.
