GDT: NYR @ WSH Part Two

This team has no killer instinct. 1-0 lead and fail on a breakaway. Get a 5 on 3 with a chance to take the lead and fail. Give up a soft goal when we're only down one. Pathetic.

i like hank but he does give up soft goals at the worst possible times
 
That 3rd goal was a killer. Only way the Rangers have a chance is if Nash has a whale of a third period, in my opinion.

Because the PP hasn't shown it can score for us in this game.

Lol, here comes Snowblind with his grander theories.

Put Hank on a team like the Penguins, Red Wings, Blackhawks, etc. He'd already have a cup, maybe two.

Maybe the Rangers should learn how to put pucks in the net.
 
The Rangers lost this game on that 5 on 3. Lundqvist gave up two softies, too, and needs to be better.
 
refs gave the caps this game... 4 penalties in 12-14 mins of playing time against the road team? that is bull crap

Well, we might as well pack up and call it a season then . We've been playing this **** system for too long. Worked last year, certainly not this year. Hopefully, Flyers fire Lavs so we can snap him up.

I don't think we played really well in the 2nd. The first 5 minutes yeah, but then we reverted back to the first period stuff.

Yup, Hank should have scored on the powerplay. He's awful.
 
Lol, relax guys, we're playing good enough to win and we'll be playing even better from here on in. We might lose this one, but I still say Rangers in 5.

The trouble is the PP hasn't shown it can score for us in this decade.

It needs to be an advantage for a team to be dangerous in the playoffs. We are having trouble winning faceoffs and getting set up.
