Chytll could be a david krejci lite version. Has a nice 2 way game going. Wish the Bruins can nab him now but his stock is going up now.
He's a very skilled player. He was often the only forward on the Rangers who could actually skate the puck into the zone and make a play. He's a better player than I thought. Reminds me of Kris Versteeg. Shifty player with good puck skills.
Chytil looks like the most dangerous Canuck forward the first 2 games

That's never been a question (to Rangers fans).
The issue is that he frequently forgets there are heavy hitters on the ice and ends up being laid out and missing for considerable swaths seasons because of it.
Him playing in the same division as Trouba would scare the crap out of me.
Yes but it's not like has gotten "unlucky" with his concussions.I mean yeah that's why his value tanked so hard. He has concussion history and injury problems.
Canucks traded a forward better than EP for another forward better than EP?Chytil looks like the most dangerous Canuck forward the first 2 games
I know fans think Trouba is a dick, but I'd put money on Trouba letting up when it comes to Chytil. When he's dressed he's a great player.

He has a track record of skating with his head down into traffic. This works and looks impressive... until he gets blown up. And he gets blown up frequently.
He has awareness problems not injury problems. Injuries are the symptom, not the problem.
He did bounce up and keep playing so that’s a good sign.Yea, while he’s looked good so far, this is also very noticeable. He was hit hard multiple times against Colorado, including getting blown up while admiring his pass
This…..The issue with Chytil is his staying healthy. If the Canucks can get that I think they'll get a more productive player than he was with us. He was pretty much always down the lineup and never got a lot of power play time. His overall game has gotten better and better too. Not great on face-offs but year to year gradually better. Really smart positionally and back checks hard and smartly. Can bring the puck up the ice with speed and good amount of shiftiness. That sometimes is where things go awry with him. He doesn't always see danger when it comes. His injuries tend to be a lot alike. He doesn't see the hit coming.
Really good guy. I wish it would have worked out better for him with us.
It's certainly good... But just be aware this happened multiple times while he was a Ranger as well.He did bounce up and keep playing so that’s a good sign.
