So what? Why is a 7 game cherry pick meaningful? Look at the whole season and the difference is massive. I'm not even going to continue this.

Never claimed it was. In fact, pointing it out was my way of showing how ridiculous the originally suggested idea of Kakko being a PPG player now over 12-15 games was. But do go on. I had no intention of interacting with you on it anyway, so have a great day!

Do you think the Rangers try to upgrade at LD? Maybe replace Lindgren with a different kind of player to run with Fox. Like Dumoulin?

I've heard Lindgren to Winnipeg rumours, he might be a guy who the Jets would have interest in if he can still kill penalties, but he'd be a 3rd pairing d-man here.

Also notice they moved Mika up to the top line with Panarin and Miller, does that leave the Rangers looking for a secondary center now?

What I'd like to see is a larger and more physical partner for Fox---someone between say 23 and 28 who is at least a capable top 4 defenseman.

It's early days with JT back here. The Rangers coaching staff has bent over backwards trying to get Mika going. Personally I think he's a player on the decline and there's a bit of denial going on with the Rangers coaches. Not to get me wrong I think JT makes us a better team but I also think the Rangers will probably fall short of making the playoffs this year and Mika and Kreider's games falling off the cliff will be a big part of the why. If that happens Drury and Laviolette might not be around next year but we'll see. Mika is no longer a first line quality player. I think most Rangers fans look at him that way too.
