When you think about it though Giroux really put Florida over the top last year. The way they got swept in the 2nd round was top tier. It's nice that they're not in a playoff spot this year and won't pick in the first round for 4 years in a row

From what I've seen it's a normal draft after about pick 20, so it's whatever. They were never keeping both.

The chances of the Rangers being able to pick a player they have ranked in the top 20 in the 21-32 range is likely 100%.
