Carrying over from last season, JT is willing to try things. I like his confidence.

Playing with 6 forwards who are starting. Each preseason game has been played with half an AHL squad.

These boards wouldn't be what they are without the doomsdayers though, right.

None of the regular forwards look good. They won't automatically get better by putting them all out there at the same time.

I really like Hrivik.

He's definitely looked good in all three zones, not much on the offensive side yet. I'd rather a young player be sound all around and have to find their offense though.

I could see Miller making the team if he stays healthy because he is a good forechecker - that's an element we will surely need with Cally and Hags out to start the season.
