GDT: NYR @ BOS Part II

Boston has been doing that all night in the crease and the ref's just let it pass. If we did that, it would be a roughing penalty everytime.

Meh, hope it was worth Nash.

Lucic gives you a big hit, and you put your stick in his mid-section for revenge, cost Lundqvist the shutout, and more importantly, it's a 2 goal game and the Bruins have life?

Dumb Nash.

Really? He's played his ass off tonight, single handedly created the play that Hagelin scored on and your complaining about that?

Lucic pisses me off so ****ing much. How does he get away with his headhunting trash so often? Between him, Chara, and Marchand, Boston really has one of the dirtiest casts in the league.

Lucic hasn't headhunted anyone this game, Chara isn't a dirty player, and Marchand is an agitator. :shakehead

The refs need to get Lucic for charging or elbowing on that hit. He does it every single time, every hit is a charge with an elbow thrown in. He never gets called, that's why he does it over and over.

Fine refs, let it go. But then you can't call Nash for going back and basically clutching him for a second. It didn't have an impact on the play, why call it? That's bogus (man)!

Doesn't change the fact that he took a questionable call that broke Lundqvist's shutout and put the Bruins back in the game. BIG PICTURE stuff.

It's a dumb play, it's okay to admit it. As good as he has played today doesn't change the fact that it was a completely unnecessary play.

And if he was defending himself, do something more than just put your stick in his stomach.

If the Bruins score another goal off that momentum you will be singing a different toon.

He got drilled into the boards from behind, it was just a reaction, it happens.

A reaction would be dumping the guy to the ice right after. He followed him around and hooked him for no reason. Its a dump penalty. Just because he has played a great game doesn't mean impossible for him to make a bad decision. If that was Gaborik or someone he would be getting reamed on here. Moving on...
