Steel for Chytil feels like a pretty good change of scenery swap for both players

Chytil a couple years younger, but that isn't enough to get something like a 2nd added

Rangers sniffed around Rakell, but the Rangers seem very unlikely to be using their 1st on rentals at this stage of contending window possibly just barely opening, and most reporters with links to the front office have agreed on that
