History won’t be kind to the people who thought Wilson was a 1st round pick much less a 2OV pick. That was the most obvious blunder since JaMarcus Russell. Maybe more obvious. That’s why the Jets can’t screw around, because they have a team that shouldn’t be scared of anyone.

I think the Jets are going to have a solid year. They have a good team. I also think Rodgers is going to play well.I don’t like him, but he’s still a very good QB. Watch and see. Not that I really care. I’m a Cowboys fan.

I don't love the man but it's pretty obvious that a lot of people have started underrating him as a player because of his personality. He's still a really good quarterback.

He sucked balls last season
really comes down to how much he truly wants to win. And that means working out in the non-mandatory OTAs with his WRs, something he wasn't doing over the past couple of off-seasons.

If he is there in the summer, then look out.

Don't say anything at all
Rodgers is at best back-up material. The Jets need to trade with the Cowboys for Cooper Rush, a trade Rush needs if he wants to be a full-time starter as he and Dak Prescott were born the same year. The Jets would do much better with Rush as the primary QB than Rodgers. Rush went 4-1 in Prescott's absence last year. While Rodgers went 8-9 all year with Green Bay.

If the Jets don't do this, this will be Russell Wilson-to-the-Broncos 2.0 (ironically the Jets and Broncos play this season).

Besides, the Jets visit Dallas this year, and Rush VS. Prescott would be very attractive ratings-wise.

Only if Rush has 10+ million people in his immediate family

Shouldn't you be figuring out realignment for the Arena Football league?

Least year's A-Rod is still an enormous upgrade for the Jets. Lmited his turnovers and is still capable of moving an offense down the field unlike our friend the Milfhunter.

If he plays as he did in 2022 then the Jets ride into the playoffs easily.

The Jets will be dangerous, If Rodgers comes in motivated, and really wants to win. If he wants to go in a dark cave and hang upside down, or whatever he does, and just play to collect his money, then it’ll be same ole Jets.
What nobody mentions is that Rodgers make the Jets D so much better.

The D was a top 5 defense last year. With the worst QB in football.

With Rodgers, even if he’s only average. The offensive will
have the ball more and should score more than any previous
team in the past 10 years.

The defense will be better rested than in the past.
Not put in poor field position due to turnovers
and not on The field 60% of the time.

While I don’t like giving up a potential 1st round pick
in 2024. At least we are going for it.

With 2 picks in the top 43 selections.
We are in good shape.

The future is now.

He stopped reading the field a few years ago in crunch time. Just picks his favorite receiver and chucks it into triple coverage.
Definitely wont miss seeing a ball thrown to a double covered Adams or Lazard rather than to wide open players.

Another big thing for the Packers is that we'll get to truly see Lafleur call his plays as opposed to Lafleur and Rodgers having to coexist making calls.

Is Rodgers like....Dracula or something?
