WHY???? Apparently Leafs are getting Schenn. Engvall is like Fasching with better hands

He is a fast skater though

I like this trade. He is a very good skater and a decent puck carrier that can score some goals. He will have a chance to break into our top 6. For a 3rd liner ill take it.

I'd like this more if he wasn't about to be a UFA. Nice to finally get some speed though.

His name is Giraffe. He's tall skilled and can turn it on at times...will pretend to be very vicious after a fight has started. He has gear and skill but sometimes goes missing, he's a good boy overall.

There are many Giraffe Gifs that you'll find handy...

Here's one to get you all started.

Speed and hands.

3rd liner, and guilty of brain farts, but he does bring something we don't really have a lot of just now.

Can't imagine just now that he's anything more than a rental.

Very versatile player (can play all 3 forward positions), skates really well, great in transition and solid defensively for a 3rd, he's just inconsistent offensively and soft for his size.

He's on an expiring contract, only 26, 6'4 big and fast. Likes to carry the puck, decently solid two way game. For a 3rd it's worth it just as a competent NHLer the rest of the way this year with all our injuries.

Can probably extend him for cheap next season for a 3rd/4th line role depending on who else moves on this off-season

Solid bottom 6 guy. Leafs desperate to win and gave him up. I don’t like that but hopefully it’s because they needed to give to bring in some of the guys they’re acquiring
