There's an odd amount of interest for a $9.1M center who hasn't even been playing center lately and is amassing a whopping 55 point pace this season.
I'm good with that honestly. I don't want to rock our boat yet either.BarZuul in Columbus would be nasty, but then you all start listing untouchables. F Off, ain't happening. Happy to keep him, over everyone on our team.
You and our own Barzal hater "Throttle" would get along quite nicely, lets get you 2 a room. There's an odd amount of interest for a $9.1M center who hasn't even been playing center lately and is amassing a whopping 55 point pace this season.

i would be happy to trade Lindstrom who knows if he will ever play a game of hockey again.I just think saying "throw the kitchen sink" and then leave out Lindstrom is telling of how serious the offer actually is. There's no actual shot the Isles trade Barzal for futures, and I'm sure CBJ is on his no trade list. We can probably lock this one up
Lindstrom would be on the table too but I doubt that would entice a move anymore than a prospect like Mateychuk. Just bad trading partners ATM.I just think saying "throw the kitchen sink" and then leave out Lindstrom is telling of how serious the offer actually is. You can be mad about it I guess, but I'm failing to see any scenario where a $9M center playing as a wing and only pacing 55 points is worth much of anything in a trade.
$9.1M for a guy that's having a rancid year and has only been PPG once in the last 6 seasons sounds more like cap dump
Tell me you’ve never watched the isles without telling me you’ve never watched the isles lmao. luckily nhl gms actually have scouts and don’t base a player’s value off a hockey cardYou can be mad about it I guess, but I'm failing to see any scenario where a $9M center playing as a wing and only pacing 55 points is worth much of anything in a trade.

Because he’s not an idiot and can see the roster he’d be playing with on a team with a sharp upward trajectory? Plus three fellow BC boys including one of his closest friends (Fabbro).Plus why would Barzal waive to go to Columbus, no offense.
Right? Two people saying this in this thread, and literally have no clue.Tell me you’ve never watched the isles without telling me you’ve never watched the isles lmao. luckily nhl gms actually have scouts and don’t base a player’s value off a hockey card
Waffle House and Ohio State football. That’s about all there is to offer in that city. Well that and the Arnold Classic in March. Not quite the excitement of Elmont and Hempstead but it’s close.Plus why would Barzal waive to go to Columbus, no offense.
