If im not mistaken, wang was, before this sale, "only" worth about 800 million.

I'm still feeling a little uncomfortable with the MINORITY interest, and Wang being in Majority control for the next 2 years. Smart move by Wang though, he gets to reap the benefits of the 1st year in Brooklyn.
