Classy move by the Canucks. He was 8 on our depth chart and was going to get sent down. They are giving him a chance to stay in the NHL.

Pocket Tochett loves certain players despite how bad they suck

Juulsen is either garbage or trash
I can’t decide
We won’t see Juulsen any more. With MF gone he is still 8th on the depth chart.

Traded for basically a steak dinner next time Allvin is in town lol. Solid depth piece who draws penalties like crazy.

Guess the management group was doing him a favour since he's has essentially been pushed too far down the depth chart.

solid player for the canucks. brings everything but size.

weird that it seemed as if he played the majority of the time for the canucks on the left side, especially when you consider tochett supposedly hates playing dmen on their off side.

Possibly, but Nashville immediately loaned him to Milwaukee

Friedman is a pOs
I heard he doesn’t care much for you either lol
Thank you for your insightful post though

Trotz is shakin and bakin.

I like Friedman. Serviceable #7, and brings comic relief in the mid-season doldrums whenever he draws into the lineup. Always has someone trying to knock his block off.

The weird thing is, in the past few weeks, the Canucks have given up Brannstrom, Desharnais, and now Freidman. And they added only MP3. I suppose one could say they also added D Petey, but is it not strange too se a team trying to go on a playoff run moving out depth D with NHL experience?

Mancini ?

I mean, yeah he only has 15 NHL games under his belt, but still, only 22.

Couple nice guy points to Allvin. Did Friedman a solid here.

He can come in and play and he always gave good effort.

He's an excellent #7/8 because even if he's been scratched for lengthy periods of time he's always ready to go and up to game speed when needed.

Is this for real?

Have only heard how great a teammate he was here? Must have missed something like usual.
Yes.

His first game against the Flyers after no longer being there, everyone wanted to fight him and were making sure to go out of their way to finish checks on him. Even players who weren’t necessarily physical people. Iirc.

I think he made negative comments about Philly as a whole too.
