I have a softspot in my heart for nashvilly, but if they had let Forsberg walk, they would have signaled a rebuild - two years ago, but now where are they? I would still like to see them do well. Went to see them there in 2021

We're already rebuilding and have a top 3 pick currently, what would trading Forsberg solve.

If they let him walk they would have brought in someone else as a top line player and still spent as much, if not more, money based on FA costs.
