Now who is Your Pick to Win the Cup

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Edmonton and Dallas are likely your cup winner.
Both of them?

McDavid won't be stopped this year. If you thought he was good in the playoffs last year, just wait. On paper I like Florida and Dallas better, but only one team in the league has McDavid, and he's going to be more determined than ever.

They are sitting 26th in PK% this year at 74.8%. Last year's Playoffs.....94.3%.

Not sure they will ever be able to duplicate that effort. They'll most likely get past first-round fodder LA, like always, but after that, probably the end of it with that goaltending.

I agree. Their PK has been atrocious. It was significantly better for 2/3 of the current season.

Early on and recently it has been bad. I am hoping they can get it back to a respectable level.

If it stays low, we may get to see McDrai on the links early

Heiskenen is completely done for the year right?

Edit - I guess not. I’d be inclined to take Dallas.

OP if you are going to make this thread in the polls section please at least make a poll :shakehead

I’m going to say Ottawa before it’s cool to say Ottawa

Florida also looks strong
I think Ottawa makes a run. They are young, hungry, talented and they got a goalie to do it. I really like the zetterlund and cousins trades. I see both Dallas and Florida losing first rd.
