Same trend continues for the Jets, outside of Copp Lowry Perreault line they allow decidedly more high danger scoring chances even if the shots are about the same or better.

Laine cost them 1 point in the standings -- should have never given up that pass from Poolman. He's continually losing possession.

We could have at least had a tie game, and 1 point.

0.882.

Got exciting for a few minutes.

Can we make a requirement to include at least the score and/or team played in the PGT title? Sheesh.

Long stick - great for shooting but less reliable for everything else. That was a heart breaker

Meh can't win them all. I thought the effort was there but our limitations got exposed, plus the puck was bouncing all over the place.

Helle was solid

Outside of that one giveaway at the end there I thought Morrissey had another good night. He looks to be back in pretty good form. Poolman shows well in certain situations but in others namely moving the puck he is incredibly predictable. He was also missing simple passes all night which caused issues. We need an upgrade there. I am ok with Tucker on the third pair but he is miscast on the top pair.

Pionk and Kuli had another solid game against middling opponents.

Third pair got shredded tonight.

Top line was good in the ozone and for the most part played the Seguin/Benn line pretty evenly. Still some work needed on exiting their zone though.

Second line was a bit off tonight. Ehlers just really couldn't find a handle, Wheeler worked hard but couldn't create much and Roslovic was ok.

Third line played a third line type of game. Looks like Moe has them out trying to shelter the third pair.

Fourth line barely played but were ok when they were on.

One thing that this team needs to do better is provide better options for our dmen when exiting the zone. Our forwards have a tendency to fly the zone early forcing our d to try to pass through a couple opposition players resulting in turn overs. Given the talent level on our d this year we need to our forwards to offer short passing options out of the zone.

The Jets also need to load up the PP again, we need it to be a weopon and two diluted units is just not giving us the best chance to score.

Weird end to a good road trip. This year's Stars remind me of the 2017-18 Jets. They're going to go far if they can continue to play this complete a game.

Now might be a good time to rest Sbisa. Like, really rest him.
