In retrospect, I think I should've matched Karlsson's 2015 season against Doughty's 2016 season since I believe they actually snubbed each other in back to back years.

Either way, definitely taking 2010 Keith here: one of the stronger Norris trophies in this tournament against a pretty underwhelming one from Karlsson.

I'd take Karlsson. Not a massive gap but I think his ability to control play, dominate transition, and contribute more defensively (regardless of how the point totals look) puts him ahead of Keith's defensive advantage.

Some may disagree but IMO Duncan Keith was the best Blackhawks player for all three of their Cup run seasons and playoffs and should have one or two more Conn Smythe trophies.

I absolutely hate the Blackhawks organization but let's call a spade a spade.

He could easily have three Conn Smythe trophies.

I'd argue it should have been Keith, Crawford, and Keith though.

I don’t see any advantage for him that would overcome Keith’s vastly superior defensive game.

Karlsson was pretty bad defensively for the first half of the year. He was much better the second half but Keith had the better overall year

Agreed, and honestly I'm not sure this is even a top 4 season for Karlsson.

Meanwhile, this is probably Keith's best regular season.
