That was fun. And the real fun was seeing the kids lead the charge. Vets got on the board in the 3rd, but the comeback was spearheaded by the kids.

TOI:

Suzuki - 17:43 (1 goal, 2 assists)
Caufield - 15:17 (2 goals, 1 assist)
Slaf - 10:23 (1 goal)
Dach - 16:09 (2 assists)

Guhle - 23:45
Harris - 20:33 (2 assists)
Xhekaj - 12:53

Even Allen got on the scoresheet as he had an assist on Dorak's empty netter.

I'm gonna say it: I love Savard's game this year. What a mentor for Ghule.
I guess it's the Edmundson effect. Remember all the posters crapping all over him after the first few games of the 2021 season. It was bad, even with some of us telling them to relax and wait a bit. Savard is who he is and if utilized correctly, can be effective. I mean he did a decent job playing with sergachev in the 2021 run

Suzuki and Caufield... nothing needs to be said. They are the team.

Allen... Not his best night, but shut the door when the game opened up for the last 12 minutes.

Dvorak... I think he's better than the hate he gets here. He was really good last game. Started this game off setting up Gallagher with a wide open net. Happy for him to get the natural hatty. Good shit.

Kovacevic and Harris... Love this pair. Two rookies just crushing it. Love them.

Savard... Maybe the best game I've seen him play for Montreal.

Slaf... love the kid. Big things in his future.

Hoffman... should never play over Pitlick.
