I am going to be in Zurich for ten days in December. I was wondering when the NLA schedule will be released and what my best option for obtaining tickets would be. Thanks for any advice.

Schedule will be made public somewhere in Summer. Get your tickets on the official website of the team, they are usually made available a month in advance.

Hello Guys !!
i am Swiss but left Switzerland some years ago. I didn't follow too much the NLA championship.
However, lately, looking a bit at it, i was surprised by the number of Finns that are in the league.
Any particular reason for that ?
Thanks. cheers.

After the war in Ukraine started all finnish KHL players (around 55) left the league. Liiga couldn't absorb them all especially since finnish KHL club Jokerit was only allowed to join their second tier league Mesits last season. So a lot of those guys and other players who would have otherwise gone to the KHL have flooded the players market since then. And because they can make the most money in the NLA outside the NHL a lot of them have ended up in Switzerland.

So how's hockey going to be without Andres Ambühl We'll find out next year. Nevertheless, a very impressive career. Probably his biggest mistake was choosing the wrong team in NA.
