No thanks, we don't really need Zajac since we have Getzlaf and Kesler; and adding a 3C at his price is just way too much.

As an Oil fan, I pitched similar ideas a year and a half ago (Lindholm+DSP/Ritchie). It was not received well, and pretty much every Duck fan said we'd be the ones adding to Hall. Given that I believe Lindholm is a bit better than Larsson, I have to believe they were right all along. D men just have more value than wingers.

Zajac is 31 years old and makes $6,500,000 for 3 seasons then drops to $5,750,000 for 2 more then he is a UFA. Ducks are a budget team we are trying to lower it not increase it like this.
Devils are lacking the right kind of player to trade for Fowler.

Probably at times . . . just keep throwing **** out until you get a deal that both sides benefit from.
