I saw this too and started following Clowe.. Doubt Lou even knows that's on there.. As stated before, the app has some connection to the GameCenter app, and I know the NHL collected the Twitter handles of players, so it's probably just pulling from their database.. They may have Twitter, but Lou sure as hell isn't letting them post on it (no updates from Clowe or Brunner in almost a month, though Brunner appears to have updated his info and image)

Yea I think it's the app that automatically links the accounts, the Islanders have basically the same exact same app.

I wish Lou would let them post. I think Larsson deleted all of his tweets too.
