Late season away game in Minnesota, after another humiliation less than 24 hours ago.

I'll give them props if they can get something out of this. But mentally it must be tough.

I usually don't get a second chance.

If Markstrom has his best game since he came back I think we can at least get something out of this game.

The Minnesota Hiney Heads will likely slow this game down and make it as boring as Winnipeg did last night, but if we don't allow 2 goals in the first 2.5 minutes of the game we may actually be able to stay in this one.

For all of this ''Defensive system'' stuff I hear, we very rarely have been on the winning end of these 2-1 or 1-0 games this year. Feels like we've lost more of them than we've won, that's for sure.

Although, it's probably pretty hard to win like that right now with a Markstrom that's averaging 3 goals against minimum and usually even 4, while also allowing at least 1 goal in the 3rd period alone in every game he's played since returning and more often than not 2 goals in the 3rd period.

And combine all that with non-NHL caliber defensemen like Cholowski and Nemec playing and it's an utter disaster.

I have tickets to Devils vs Rangers matinee game… I have mixed feelings about that can we clinch before that game ? Can the Rags be eliminated before that game ?

Don't give them up...go. I hate seeing blue in the crowd during those games.

I’m not optimistic about this game either. Probably going to be watching college hockey instead tonight, because Cornell is in the tournament.

If we win the next two and the Rangers game, we can get 89 points that day.

The maximum number of points the Rangers can get as of today is 93 and that's if they win out.

They also only have two more games between now and that game, so I don't think we can clinch or elminate them quite yet.
