Honestly crazy how it seems like Mack and Kuch are getting better the more they age, especially considering how Malkin/ovi/crosby sort of hit their peaks around their mid-early 20s.
Don’t really think Mack deserves the hart this year, so just hoping for the art ross at this point but Kuch is gonna make it awfully close again.

I'm not sure if he'll get there (it'll be close), but if Kucherov gets to 80 assists on the season:

• he'll be the only winger in NHL history to reach 80 assists four times. He'll also be the only forward aside from Gretzky and Lemieux to do this. (Gretzky did this 14x, Lemieux 6x, Orr 5x, and Coffey 4x).

Agreed. You mostly hear “well he’s a wing and they don’t drive play like centers” but that’s not the case for Kucherov who is absolutely a dominant play driver.
