With all due respect, arguments in semantics are a bore and, the longer this draws out, the more this is what we are arguing about.

Yeah, these terms are arbitrary. Folks will have various definitions and opinions.

One person whose opinion actually matters - Kent Hughes - described Suzuki quite accurately and succinctly:
